We can’t begin to express how sorry we are for closing without notice. While we absolutely love our old building, it does have a way of keeping us on our toes. What started as “some plumbing problems” quickly escalated into very big plumbing problems—forcing us to shut down abruptly.

Please know; we’re not going anywhere. In fact, we’ve been actively expanding and adding new products behind the scenes. That momentum will have to pause while we address these building issues, but our commitment to you remains stronger than ever.

As for reopening, we don’t have a firm timeline yet. If it were up to us, we’d be back tomorrow. As soon as we know more, we’ll share updates right here.
